Rude bed side manners, assistance failed to have update records at followup apps. He installed stint but records didn't show it having been done, and when confronted with that info Dt said I was wasting his time with my questions
Dr Kneller was nice and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was indifferent. In the treatment room the trash needed emptying and the ceiling vent was nasty.
