The customer service at the CVS pharmacy in Lake Havasu City continues to get worse each and every time I go there to pick up my prescriptions. This time I sat in the drive thru window for over 15 minutes…
Beware of the newly implemented automated system for the pharmacy. The meds list was 5+ years old, the pharmacy called the wrong doctor for a renewal.
Our Lake Havasu CVS always goes above and beyond. I have used the call back to check on prescriptions and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for them to return my call. Always friendly and respectful.
