Our private pilates session was incredible. She created such a comfortable and motivating environment for everyone. Her energy was amazing, and the music made it so much fun!
I took the mat pilates class with instructor, Janette. It was an amazing workout that targeted core, arms, and legs. Janette was very attentive and corrected my form when she saw me struggling. Very professional and skilled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
